See where
the gap is.
Drill down by province, brick, product and period. Examine the area below target and how it has changed since the previous period.
Analyse performance. Connect development needs to the right person, training and visit plan. Track actions and changes in performance on the same platform.

Make the performance gap visible. Define an owner and a target, connect training and visits to the same development plan, then review the change in the next period.
Example: PP Index is 92 for your selected region and product. Your target is 100. Now turn the data into a plan you can follow.
Illustrative scenarioDrill down by province, brick, product and period. Examine the area below target and how it has changed since the previous period.
Start a development plan for the representative in that region. Set the baseline, target metric and due date.
Assign relevant training. Link priority visits and follow-up tasks to the development plan.
Monitor task and training completion. Compare performance using the next period’s data and decide on the next step.
Completing training or making a visit does not mean the performance target has been achieved. Atlas tracks these separately to support managerial review. Figures are illustrative, not customer results or a promise of improvement.
Evaluate regional and brick-level performance with AI support. Discover development areas and get suggestions for field actions. Revisit past assessments to inform your decisions.

Current product capabilitiesRecords are associated with an organisation ID. The application checks the user’s organisation membership and permissions when accessing data.
Access depends on the user’s role and assigned region. Organisation managers can access their organisation’s scope; regional managers see their own region. Field representatives’ performance views are limited to their assigned region, while personal tasks, visits and development plans are limited to their own responsibilities. Analyst and training manager roles have different permissions in the relevant modules.
Use the relevant module’s CSV or Excel template. Records are validated in a preview, with missing or invalid fields highlighted. Organisation, region, brick, product and user mappings are checked before import approval.
Start by defining your organisation and regions, user roles, products, bricks and performance metrics. Import the initial data using templates, then review permissions and sample records. The initial scope, user guidance and rollout schedule are planned together around your organisation’s needs. Timing and any bespoke integration scope are agreed during consultation.
Atlas is designed for organisation and regional managers, field representatives, analysts and training teams in the pharmaceutical sector. Access is defined by each user’s role and scope of responsibility.
A task tracks work to be completed. A development plan defines a performance metric’s baseline, target and timeframe, bringing tasks, training and visits together around that goal.
AI-assisted assessments are available for selected performance data, with previous assessments accessible in history. These support managerial judgement; users retain control over targets and action approval.
